    Returns

    • You have 14 days from receipt to return an item.

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    • Some items (e.g., custom, perishable) are exempt. Check product descriptions.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status.

    • Approved refunds go to your original payment method.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

     

    Faulty/Damaged Items

     

    • If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
